Abstract

Jambi Taxation Data and Document Processing Office or Jambi KPDDP are the Head Office of Taxation throughout Sumatra in Indonesia which works in the field of data processing and tax documents, and the tax office also works in the field of business permits. So far, the process of recording the results of goods request receipts is still done manually by the Jambi taxation data and document processing office, it is not uncommon for the recording process to experience problems such as loss of goods request receipts, damaged, incorrectly writing data for goods request receipts ordered, so that the report on the data results of the receipt of goods request is not recorded optimally. With the existence of a Web-based goods request receipt note application system that can assist Jambi's taxation data and document processing office in recording reports on the results of goods requests, and can simplify accounting reports and provide statistical data on demand for goods to the head of the office every period. The development of a web-based application of the information system for goods demands receipt notes in Jambi taxation data and document processing offices aims to assist or facilitate the management of goods requests at the Jambi taxation data and document processing office. The goods demand receipt information system is capable of processing goods data input, inspection data input, receipt data input, goods demand data, and demand statistical data and are able to provide reports on the results of goods requests every period to the head of the office. The resulting output is in the form of information and reports including goods data reports, receipt data reports, and goods demand data reports. The result of this research is that the built information system can be used to manage goods demand receipt at the Jambi taxation.
