Abstract

In modern times like today, the population of motorized vehicles is increasing. The density of activity on the road requires comfort for the driver, for that the vehicle used should be in good condition. So that the vehicle is always in good condition, it requires regular maintenance and service and repairs are also needed on the damaged motorbike, for that it is very necessary to have the existence of a motorcycle repair shop. In a situation like this. Livia Sari Motor Workshop requires a supportive information system to be able to provide satisfying services for its customers. Currently the existing system at the Livia Sari Motor Workshop often experiences several obstacles, ranging from the sales transaction process, service service transactions, the slow availability of information on stock of goods to the making of reports, so that it is possible during an error occurs in the recording process, inaccurate reporting that was made and the delay in finding the data needed. The design of this system requires some input data including user input data, employee data, supplier data, customer data, sales transaction data, goods data, service transaction data, service data and order data, then will process user data, employee data, supplier data, customer and transaction data and produce output in the form of sales data reports, service data reports, stock in data reports and order data reports. With a computerized and structured system design, it is expected to help the workshop management system become faster and more accurate so that it can improve the efficiency of system performance, save data and save space, and facilitate the search for data when repairing and recapitulating data.
