SISTEM INFORMASI PENGAJUAN PROPOSAL DAN LAPORAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PADA UKM STMIK NURDIN HAMZAH JAMBI :

Abstract

So far, the submission of proposal and accountability report is still done by manual by STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi. So the results obtained are still less effective and inefficient, because in terms of proposal submission process and accountability report requires a lot of paper if the improvement. To minimize errors in submitting proposals and accountability reports are optimal, it is necessary to build a tool in the form of a program which will facilitate users to submit proposals and accountability reports and other additional information. Data in the form of submission of proposals, submission of accountability reports, user data, data units of student activities and monthly and yearly proposal reports are done in Stmik Nurdin Hamzah. Applications used in helping data processing is web-based programming using php programming language and mysql database. The expected outcomes are proposals that are more systematic and easy to archive on a digital basis.
