Abstract

Along with the development of technology, the role of information technology is increasingly useful to develop in various fields including health. One of them is a system used to help diagnose kidney disease, this paper aims to create an application design expert system of kidney disease. In this study the method used to make expert systems of kidney disease is using the forward chaining method. In the forward chaining method, the data search process starts from the premise towards the final conclusion. This method is also called data driven search is controlled by the data provided. The final result obtained from this research is an Apikasi expert system of diagnosis of kidney disease by forward chaining method, where user or user enter the data of the perceived symptom as according to the choice, then results obtained in the form of symptoms, conclusions of the disease, and prevention suggestions
