Abstract

Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Jambi is a social institution that has the task of providing guidance and services for neglected elderly people so that they can live naturally in social life. So far, the management of the Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Jambi is still using the manual method, namely the bookkeeping system so that the difficulty of the employees in processing the orphanage data and the making of reports is a problem at the Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Jambi. The purpose of this study was to design a Management Information System at the Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Jambi. In making the Sales Management Information System, PHP and HTML are used. And using databases using MYSQL. With the existence of this Management Information System built, the performance of employees can be more effective and efficient in processing data on the elderly, activities, employees. By entering data that is in the form of elderly data, employee data, admin data, user data, and activity data so as to produce output in the form of reports of active elderly, inactive elderly reports, daily activity reports, periodic activity reports, and monthly activity reports. The existence of this Management Information System is expected to improve the performance of employees at the Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Jambi.
