Abstract

This researcher aims to make it easier for the Jambi Regional Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate to simplify the processing of the Investigative Administrative register data. The data collection method used to obtain system data is by observation and interviews directly from the research site. During this time the Administrative Register of Investigation (mindik) or registration numbering that is in handling case files on narcotics cases at the Jambi Regional Police Directorate is still manual by way of writing an agenda book, resulting in the slow process of adding new data and the duplication of numbering in the mind files of the case files. is on the Directorate of drugs and is also less secure in storing data. In this research, a web-based application for the Mind File Register of Narcotics Case Cases at the Jambi Regional Police Narcotics Detective Directorate to assist in the processing of mental data registers of drug cases so as to facilitate Ditresnarkoba officers in the process of finding data more accurately and efficiently, making it easier to add new data and also increases the security of previous and future data storage and helps save energy by users of this new system. The main elements in forming a system consists of inputs, processes and outputs, while the input needed from this system is the data type of drugs, article data and mind data B1 through B12. The process includes admin data processing, drug type data processing, article data processing and mind processing data processing B1-B12, the processing of investigation warrant data processing, B1 through B12 processing. The output is in the form of mind register reports B-1 through B12, savings data reports and types of drugs. The development of the software uses the PHP programming language using PHP MySQL database. From this research, a draft of a Case File Mindik Register Application for Drug Cases that can facilitate the processing of data and making a mind register report for drug case files available at the Jambi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate.
