Abstrak

SMKN 1 Tembilahan is an educational institution located on Jl. baharuddin yusuf Tembilahan. The use of information technology has not been used as effectively as possible at Tembilahan Vocational School 1 and is still using a manual system to support daily operational activities, registration of new students, both in administration, attendance, and assessment, and the process of data backup so that it takes a long time to do the activity. The purpose of this research is to build an application of academic information systems in Web-based SMKN 1 Tembilahan. Make it easier for schools to input student grades. Make it easier for schools to make reports. This information system was built with Web programming language and Php MyAdmin database. The system requirements include input, output, and process. Input includes, student data input, teacher data input, subject data input, class data input, academic year data input, and curriculum data input. Outputs include teacher data reports, student data reports, class data reports, subject data reports, grades data reports. The process is the process of student data input, teacher data input process, class data input process, value data input process. The results of this study can help SMKN 1 copy manage school documents. Provide accurate information about the results of report cards, student evaluations to student guardians. Minimize student cheating on report cards grades. Can find out information about schools, students and teachers.
