Abstract

Matahari Lippo Plaza Jambi in managing employee data, especially employee schedules are still managed using stationery. Where the data is written in the book which consequently in making employee shift schedules is very less effective and efficient. Based on the results of research conducted by the author of the data or information obtained. To overcome this, a new computerized system is needed to improve work efficiency by creating a Web-Based Shift Work Scheduling Information System in Matahari Lippo Plaza Jambi. This is the basis for conducting research at Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Jambi. In conducting research, researchers use several research methodologies, including field research as the main source in obtaining input data such as employee shift schedule data information for processing data on the system. This application was built with the support of PHP, CSS, MySQL, with the final result in the form of employee absence reports.
