In itself, in recent times, decisions and policies have been made by policies on the use of existing buildings and inns to make them more useful. At LPMP Jambi Province, data processing for building and lodging rentals is done manually, the manual processing is not finished in its implementation, reservations for lodging or building facilities for manual activities are running, online-based information systems are thought to help process data processing for building and lodging rentals at the LPMP office Jambi, with an online database-based method, the design of the reservation information system can make it easier for managers and customers to access the buildings and inns that are arranged.

One of the technologies currently developing is computer technology. This has made computerized systems increasingly implemented by agencies in all fields, both private and government agencies. This is related to jobs that are usually done manually by humans, which will be faster and more efficient when done with a computerized system. The Civil Service Police Unit (SatPolPP) is a government agency that has a duty as a public servant in the field of city / provincial security and control. However, for public service facilities, public reporting using electronic media does not yet exist so that people report directly to the service office. There are several services at the Jambi Provincial Civil Service Police Work Unit, namely the service of peace and public order, regional legislation, community protection, community control. In 2019 the civil service police unit of the province of Jambi already has a website issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) but the website is still internal in nature used by the civil service police unit so that the website does not yet have public services in the field of reporting and information about Police Units Pamong Praja Jambi Province. This causes frequent errors in the data processing system that is still manual, such as recording in the agenda book, filling in the form provided manually by coming directly to the office so that public reports often experience delays because making community reports must come directly to the Sat Pol service office. PP and filling out the report data, the process is still very slow, the book data is not controlled. Therefore, the Civil Service Police Unit is in dire need of an information system that processes public report data which is expected to facilitate the public reporting process to simplify reporting and work, be accurate, and efficient, to reduce and even eliminate errors that may occur in the data processing process. With the existence of problems in the old system based on the purpose of this study, it is proposed to be able to use a computer tool using Web programming with PHP and MySql programming languages â€‹â€‹as a database that has public data input, complaints and complaint categories that will be processed into command data. and the action of complaints by the civil service police unit of the province of Jambi with the outpot of the complaint report.

Scheduling subjects in a school can support, expedite, and enhance the quality of a school. Subject scheduling generally functions as an activity to improve the quality of teaching for teachers and students in order to create discipline in school performance activities. Along/with the increasing hours of subjects that require accuracy and speed in processing data, it can also speed up time. In general, teaching scheduling data processing for teachers at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi is still done manually and schedule mismatches often occur because the teacher is absent so that a computerized information system is needed where everything can be completed correctly. For that we need a system that can determine the scheduling of subjects, so that there are no conflicts with other teaching schedules. The application is designed to consist of several pages, namely the main page, teacher data, subject data, class, and teaching time. Application design using PHP programming and database design built using the php MyAdmin application, in making the teacher teaching scheduling system carried out completely as needed in SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi.

In the modern era like today, the development and advancement of technology are growing rapidly which affects various aspects of life in a society which require everything to be done quickly, precisely, and accurately, especially in the field of information systems, information is effective throughout the world. Information systems help everyone and provide convenience, effectiveness, and safety for their users. One of them is the boarding house rental information system, the boarding house is one of the lodging service providers or temporary living quarters, besides that the information system also helps boarding owners to promote their boarding house. The research objective is to determine the system that runs, design, and implement a boarding house rental information system in Defira Kost. This research was conducted by making observations, interviews, and literature study in the planning stage. This system was developed using the Java programming language and utilizing Google Maps and GPS. For programming software using Android Studio with MySQL database on XAMPP. The results of making the Information Application and Ordering Boarding Boarding Based on the Android Operating System is to make it easier for the public and prospective boarders to get information about boarding or can order boarding online. Thus this application can be useful for residents of the community, prospective residents of boarding houses, and boarding owners.

Decision Support System for Awarding Scholarships at SMP Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi District Using the SMART Method is a Decision Support System to assist schools in making decisions in scholarship selection. SMP Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi which is located at Km.15 Tri Jaya Hamlet, PondokMeja Village is one of the state junior high schools. The purpose of making this Job Training is the creation of a Web-Based Scholarship Decision Support System. Making this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. Making application programs developed with PHP. The database used is MySQL. Input requirements for the Scholarship Award Decision Support System are student data, criteria data, and sub-criteria data. The process requirements required are: the assessment process, the process of printing scholarship recipient data, and the process of input, update and delete. The resulting expenditure data is in the form of information that will be displayed, among others: student data reports, and data reports per semester. With the new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in selecting scholarships.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, especially Indonesia starting from the end of February 2020, has caused many people to need health care, so that at this time, health workers are required to work extra and the risk of disease transmission is high, therefore the government provides incentives to officers health as an incentive to support these activities in the form of money, in the distribution of these incentives, a decision-making system that is more effective, fast and on target is needed in order to accelerate the disbursement of funds according to the specified ceiling and the preparation of incentive data reports period. Therefore, researchers designed a decision support system for covid-19 incentives at Port Health Office Jambi Class III which is considered important to assist the administration section at Port Health Office Jambi Class III. In the Port Health Office Class III Jambi, incentives disbursement activities use the manual method, namely by recording using excel. This is what underlies the research at the Port Health Office Jambi Class III. In conducting research, the researcher uses several research methodologies, including field research as the main source in obtaining input data such as information on incentive recipient data for data processing purposes on the system, ceiling, and object of assessment. This application was built with the support of PHP, and a MySql database with the final result in the form of reports and data information on the recipient of the covid19 incentive value at the Port Health Office Class III Jambi. Furthermore, the application that has been built is expected to further assist the Port Health Office Jambi Class III in building the initial foundation of digital data archives. From the results of the study it can be concluded that this application was made with the aim of helping the Port Health Office Class III Jambi in processing data related to the Decision Support System.

The design method uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The analysis carried out includes analysis of the ongoing system, analysis of the proposed system. The results of this system test concluded that the expected functions were all successful as desired. Currently SD MIN 1 Kuala Tungkal is using the Whatsapp application for an online learning system. However, using the WhatsApp application has several drawbacks or negative impacts. Therefore, a web-based E-Learning system was designed that would make it easier for teachers and students to carry out the learning process. This E-learning system has a student attendance service to make it easier for teachers to recap absences, download and upload services for assignments and materials by uploading them to the system. In addition, there is also information on student grade data, teacher information, class information, subject information, reports and an online examination system.
