Abstrak

With the development of Information Technology (IT), the web or website has developed into a tool that is not only able to provide information, but is also able to process information, because the website is a dynamic and flexible medium of information. Government agencies also need an information technology, especially in the technology section that can support the quality of employee performance, requiring government agencies to take advantage of advances in information technology. In order for the decisions to be made according to expectations, related matters must work together and complement each other. Making this application is built using the PHP script language and MySQL database. The research method used in this thesis is the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, and the system modeling using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) modeling.
